February 2018 is in the history books. We began the month with a short retreat and spent some very relaxing days on a beautiful beach near Tulum, Mehico. We came back to Colorado completely rested, full of energy, motivation and new Ideas.
We listed a Home for sale, multiple solid offers were received and we put our seller UNDER CONTRACT in just over 24 hrs. We stayed busy showing homes to several buyers that we are currently working with and we are excited and looking forward to finding each of them “The One” as we prepare to welcome spring! That said, in terms of Real Estate, Spring has sprung!
