What a fun month in Real Estate it’s been and we are just warming up! New cards, clients, challenges and goals accepted. March finished strong with the sale of Tim’s Condo in Aurora. Encountered some turbulance during this flight but enjoyed a smooth landing as always. We also got under contract on a buy side, on a amazing land deal for our friends Molly&Jess. Five glorious acres, near Idaho Springs, on which they will build their Mountain Dream Home.
